2023 has been a strange year for photography consumption. Large publications were saved from the brink of extinction, X (formally Twitter) became an absolute mess, Instagram continued to struggle with its identity and Threads became an unlikely hero for the online photo community. Thankfully, the quality of imagery that photographers are making remains at an all time high, and in this article we’re sharing Them Frames favorite photographers of 2023.
